Stopping the Fires

 

Why cann't we air drop, a water soap foam, perhaps ⁷ structure form that could last a day or two. Even with strong winds it would be attached to everything and between everything.

Foam would be created and dropped at the same time. Perhaps multi passes and levels, using co2 as inflator gas. So as fire breaks upper layers there is no oxygen to support it.

If animal life is a issue, first layers with air, then top layers with CO2.
